Could your 6th grade students use practice with dividing fractions word problems? This no-prep set of google slides includes a variety of word problems in which students divide fractions by fractions & divide mixed numbers by fractions.

This set of 20 interactive tasks is designed for Google Slides.

To begin, students must view the slides in edit mode, so they can type their final answer into the text box on each slide.

To begin, students read the word problem (one problem per slide). They must then create a division problem to model the situation and solve it.

Seeing real life contexts that involve division of fractions will also help students make sense of a difficult, abstract concept.
